Paradise illustration from Dante by Dore

I have been reading  Proof of Heaven by a neurologist who made a Dantesque trip after 5 days in a coma then returned--a medical miracle.  This illustration for Dante's Paradise is by Gustave Dore and it resembles what the doctor describes in his book.  He now believes people who have near death experiences although each person's experience in these realms is different.  But there are similarities.
